Losing It! 08 20 10

How are you? I feel that I have deserted you in the last week or so. I am so ready for this crazy time to be over, but it is stretching me and growing me. That’s good right?

Unfortunately, it has grown me another two pounds in the wrong direction. Yep, I gained. Considering the fact that I ate out a lot last week and I haven’t exercised in like two weeks, two pounds is not so bad. Considering…

So, looking at this next week, my goals are…

1. Take my lunch to work every day.

2. Go to the Y at least three mornings.

3. Make sure I’m getting my water in.

How did you do this week? I want to come cheer you on!! Go Losing It! Ladies!!!
