Losing It! 10 08 10

This week has not been good. I’ve had no self control. I’ve been stressed. I’m PMSing. It’s been bad.

I need to find my motivation. I need to get exercising again. I need to get back under control. These are the things I need to do. Now, to do them.

  1. Hi Kathy! I’ve linked up this week and will be linking up weekly from now on. As you will see, I need the accountability factor back in my life.

    I’m hopeful that we can begin motivating each other (and more people) and “get back in the swing of things!”

    So this week let’s both you and I really focus on eating healthier, exercising more, and asking God for His guidance and encouragement as the week progresses! He gave us bodies that can move so “let’s get a move on!”

  4. Find a place where you can be alone with yourself for at least 10 minutes a day. Breath in and let the breath go deep down inside of you. Breath out allowing yourself to get rid of all that is troubling and getting in your way of your goal. Take time for yourself. You have a strong will and you can do this. Believe in yourself and always tell yourself how wonderful you are! Remember it is the inside that counts.

  5. Well, you’d better stop reading my post about chips, then! 😉 I’m looking forward to starting a workout routine now that I’ll be home during the day. So hopefully I’ll (FINALLY) start Losing It, too!

    • Workout routine? What’s that? This would be my problem. I’ve lost my workout routine.
