Hello All!
I am currently Losing It! or Gaining It! as the case may be with Mickey Mouse.
Since I have been sailing with him on a lovely cruise boat for the last few days, I’ve not had Internet access. So, I can’t tell you how I did this week. I will be sure to update this post when I get home and let you know. (I’ll tell you a secret. I’m writing this like a whole week in advance. It’s so cool that technology stuff.)

I’m also on vacation this week in Calabash, NC and there is no scale in sight. My update is I’m eating reasonably well and have hit the tready in the workout room once. We’ve taken long walks on the beach and life is good.
